| 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 31st October 2026. |
| 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 30th November 2026. |
| 25% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 31st December 2026. |
| No Refund for cancellation received post 1st January 2027. |
